I, Nerleb Likisap oginally from the Micronesian Islands namely Chuuk Islands. I came here in siouxcity IA, to pioneer a Micronesian Church. I am very thankful, for the Withfield Church of Siouxcity had accepted us and we used their building until now. However, I am very in need of financing and I am thinking of setting a small business that can help me survived. I went to the trainning and got my certification and now I can now begin my small business.

Shelley Oltmans is a Community Development Specialist with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach in the department of Community and Economic Development. In this position she also serves as the Executive Director of the Keokuk Area Chamber of Commerce. She is a proud alumna of Iowa State University, where she received a Master in Community and Regional Planning and Master of Science in Sustainable Agriculture.
In her current shared position, she facilitates local and regional economic development planning and implementation efforts in Southeast Iowa and Tri-State region of Iowa, Illinois and Missouri. Her strengths are partnering with government entities and nonprofits to collaborate in providing educational and economic development opportunities.
